a6e29784be Move builtins into sane places (#22) 
Gets rid of the `AllApps.csproj` and `Calculator.csproj`
Makes the namespaces a bit more consistent

The sln now looks like

with the "sample" extensions here

99a616ced2 Actually close extension processes when we exit (#14) 
* makes `quit` not crash the app
* makes any close actually tell our extensions to exit
