Move builtins into sane places (#22)
Gets rid of the `AllApps.csproj` and `Calculator.csproj`
Makes the namespaces a bit more consistent
The sln now looks like
with the "sample" extensions here
to better differentiate between built-in ones and the sample ones
@crutkas as an FYI because I know this was driving him mad
