Some other SDK renaming (to get rid of old Actions references) ( #47 )
...
* All the `ActionProvider`s were renamed to `CommandProvider`
* `Page`s all got a `Title`
* `IListItem` got it own `Icon`
* `ActionResult` -> `CommandResult`
* add all the pubxml's we lost
