Exporting notes
You can export your notes as PDF, HTML, Markdown and Plain text files on desktop and mobile apps.
Exporting a single note
Desktop/Web
- Right click on a note
- Click on 'Export'
- Select the desired format to export your note
- Wait a few moments while your note is exported
- Save the note in desired location
Mobile
- Press the
button on a note - Press on 'Export'
- Select the desired format to export your note
- Wait a few moments while your note is exported
- Exported notes are stored in
Notesnook/exportedfolder.
Exporting multiple notes
Desktop/Web
- Hold
Ctrl& Click on a note to enter multi-selection mode - Select the notes you want to export then right click
- Click on "Export as" & select your desired export format
- Wait a few moments while your notes are exported
- Save the note in desired location
Mobile
- Long press on a note item
- Press on "Select" on the action bar to enter selection mode
- Select the notes you want to export
- Press on the export icon on top right corner
- Select the desired format to export your note
- Exported notes are stored in
Notesnook/exportedfolder
Exporting all your notes
Desktop/Web
- Go to Settings from Sidebar
- Scroll down to
Backup & Restoresection - Click on
Backup Datato download the.nnbackupfile
Mobile
- Go to Settings from Sidebar
- Scroll down to
Backup and Restore - Select "Export all notes"
- Select the desired format to export your notes
- Exported notes are stored in
Notesnook/exportedfolder as a single .zip file
