Notebooks
Even with thousands of notes, using notebooks will always help you keep your notes organized and tidy with easy access. Every notebook consists of different topics where you can add and create your notes.
Creating a notebook
||| Desktop/Web
- Go to
Notebooksscreen from side menu. - Click on the
+button on top right corner to open create notebook dialog - Add title and description(Optional) to for your notebook.
- Add topics to your notebook.
- Click on Add button.
- You have created your notebook! ||| Mobile/Tablet
- Go to
Notebooksscreen from side menu. - Press the
+button on bottom right corner to open create notebook dialog - Add title and description(Optional) to for your notebook.
- Add topics to your notebook.
- Press the
Addbutton. - You have created your notebook! |||
Editing an existing notebook
||| Desktop/Web
- Go to
Notebooksscreen from side menu. - Right click on the Notebook or click on the
three-dot morebutton to open edit notebook dialog - From the properties menu, select
Edit Notebook - Edit the title or description
- Add/Remove/Rename any topics
- Click on
Saveto save the changes ||| Mobile/Tablet - Go to
Notebooksscreen from side menu - Press the
three-dot morebutton on the notebook you want to edit - From the Bottom Sheet, select
Edit Notebook - Add title and description(Optional) to for your notebook
- Add topics to your notebook.
- Press
Savebutton to save changes |||
Adding a new topic
||| Desktop/Web
- Open a notebook from
Notebooksscreen - Click on the
+button on top right corner to open add topic dialog - Enter title of the topic
- Click on
Addbutton to add topic. ||| Mobile/Tablet - Open a notebook from
Notebooksscreen - Press the
+button on bottom right corner to open add topic dialog - Enter title of the topic
- Press the
Addbutton to add topic. |||
Editing an existing topic
||| Desktop/Web
- Open a notebook from
Notebooksscreen - Right click on a topic or click on
three-dot morebutton to open edit topic dialog - Edit the title of topic
- Click on
Savebutton to save changes ||| Mobile/Tablet - Open a notebook from
Notebooksscreen - Press the
three-dot morebutton to open edit topic dialog - Edit the title of topic
- Press
Savebutton to save changes |||
Creating a new note in topic
||| Desktop/Web
- Open a notebook from
Notebooksscreen - Open the topic in which you want to add a note
- Click on the
+button on top right corner and start writing note in the editor - Note will be added to the topic ||| Mobile/Tablet
- Open a notebook from
Notebooksscreen - Open the topic in which you want to add a note.
- Click on the
+button on bottom right corner to open the editor or just swipe from right to left to open editor - Start writing in editor to create a note in the topic |||
Adding an existing note to a topic
||| Desktop/Web
- Right click on a note or click on the
three-dot morebutton to open properties menu - Select
Add to Notebook(s)from the properties menu - Select the notebook in which you want to add your note
- Select the topic(s) in which you want to add your note. A single note can exist in multiple topics and notebooks.
- You can also create new topics/notebooks from the dialog quickly
- Click done to close the dialog. ||| Mobile/Tablet
- Press the
three-dot morebutton on the note - Select
Add tofrom the properties menu sheet. - Select the notebook in which you want to add your note.
- Select the topic(s) where you want to add your note. A single note can exist in multiple topics and notebooks.
- Once done, swipe down to close

Adding multiple notes to a topic
||| Desktop/Web
- Right click on a note or click on the
three-dot morebutton to open properties menu - Click on
Selectto enter multi-select mode - Click on the notes you want to select.
- Click on the
notebook-plusbutton to the header to openAdd to notebook(s)dialog - Select the notebook in which you want to add your notes
- Select the topic(s) in which you want to add your notes. Notes can exist in multiple topics and notebooks.
- You can also create new topics/notebooks from the dialog quickly
- Click done to close

- Click on
selectfrom the quick action bar. - Press on the notes you want to select now
- Press the
+button in top header - Select the notebook in which you want to add your notes from the
Add to notebooksheet - Select the topic(s) where you want to add your note. Notes can exist in multiple topics and notebooks.
- Once done, swipe down to close the sheet. |||
