this broke when we migrated to the new tabs logic and was fixed by
using `editor.updateContent` which is significantly slower than
creating a new editor/editor view. This commit fixes that by
depending on the `getContent` function which changes whenever the
content is changed in a session handling all kinds of different
cases.

web: command palette improvements

This includes:
- Full refactoring of the command palette
- Remove command transformation logic for dynamic
commands
- Replace note, notebook & tag specific commands
with a simple menu item -> command conversion logic
- Cached filtering (with notes, notebooks etc.
refetching on sync)
- Add support for fuzzy searching on command group
- Modernize UI to look more like a command palette and less like a dialog

There is a long-standing bug in Electron builder that generates corrupt Macintosh icon bundles. The issue is visible in Finder "list" view. This file is correct and was created on Mac with https://github.com/alptugan/icns-creator/
