4aaefb0c4c fix: implement missing cleanup routines 
Without these, there was potential for configuration for certain plugins to continue to exist after an app was deleted.

168ed1716c fix: cleanup docker options during post-delete 
While the directory removal should be enough, we should also force-clean just to be sure.
