acf2dfa73a Use the node binary from the PATH. 
The new nodejs buildpack has changed the location of the node binary.
Using the PATH make the test pass on both buildpacks.

27d4bc8c3c Replace gitreceive by a git plugin. 
This removes the need for two distinct users.
Git pushes and dokku commands are sent using the same user.

601bbc2efd tests: "something" doesn't like the app just being called 'go' 
s/go/web/ in the heroku metadata files fixes this test.
