John W. Leimgruber III	c54b343bfb	Add start-jupyter.bat for windows and fixup dependencies. ... Thanks to [jay-c88](https://github.com/jasonppy/VoiceCraft/pull/25#issuecomment-2027980511) for the windows batch file! This does the thing to actually install the jupyter notebook kernel and instructs the user to refresh their browser to pickup the changes in the notebook.	2024-03-30 11:01:22 -04:00
