What does it fix/what does it change/how was it tested (even manually, if necessary)? --> ## Summary of the Pull Request This PR introduces a new toggle in the Clipboard History extension settings that allows items to remain in history after being pasted into another application. It also adds a separate menu item to remove items from history manually. Item deletion is protected by a confirmation prompt, which can be disabled in the settings. Additionally, it introduces a shared `ConfirmableCommand` that can wrap any command with a confirmation prompt. Pictures?
