## Key Rules

- Atomic PRs: one logical change, no drive-by refactors
- Add tests when changing behavior
- Keep hot paths quiet (no logging in hooks/tight loops)

## Style Enforcement

- C#: `src/.editorconfig`, StyleCop.Analyzers
- C++: `src/.clang-format`
- XAML: XamlStyler
