stan-sz	5b1e5107ee	[Deps]Use MSTest meta package instead of individual test packages (#34019) ... ## Summary of the Pull Request This is a follow up on #33964 where using the MSTest meta package brings in all necessary test dependencies as well as enabled MSTest.Analyzers for common test code misconfigurations.
