Cleaning up Markdown files, including:
- [Learn Authoring
Pack](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=docsmsft.docs-authoring-pack )
in Visual Studio Code
- consolidating list item bullets
- spelling and grammar
- HTML tables and links to Markdown
To do:
- [x] Sentence casing in headers

with "main" in documentation, code and build rules.
