Consolidates the **Triage-queries** and **Common-Triage-Issue** wiki
pages into a single \doc/devdocs/triage-queries.md\ file so the content
lives in the repository instead of the wiki.
- Merged both pages into one document
- Dropped empty sections (Advanced Paste, New+, Workspaces)
- Minor formatting cleanup
