* Added CustomAction Data Models

* Updated data model

* Updated Button command trigger for keyboard manager

* Integerated custom actions in Keyboard manager module backend

* Allow Runner to launch windows on foreground

* Refactor and moved the execution logic to background thread

* Removed non-required unlock calls
