Subject: [PATCH] [Hotfix] Remove the properties in Prompt Execution Settings
 for OpenAI (#43766)

## Summary of the Pull Request
Remove the properties in Prompt Execution Settings for OpenAI, as the
new models may not support them.

Will try to expose them in the UI so users can add them on their own in
the next release.
