* added MSTest project

* [Settings] Migrate Fancy Zones Settings Tests

* fixed errors

* reverted changes to xaml file

* updated varibale for test folder

* add ignore case flag

* fixed Sttings.UI.csproj file

* fixed Sttings.UI.csproj file
