New info badge for cursor wrap and Advanced paste Tweak (#43490)

## Summary of the Pull Request
1. New info badge for cursor wrap
2. Advanced paste UI string localization
3. Add ShowPreviewPane Setting to determine whether show the advanced
paste preview
