* Add common csproj/vcxproj settings to Directory.Build.props

* Set TreatWarningsAsErrors to true for all c# projects

* Minor fixes in unit test projects where Analyzers where not enabled before

* Clean up Directory.Build.props

* Remove properties from ImageResizer csprojs files
