Create badge component based on DaisyUI design system: - Types: contained (filled), outlined (border only) - Styles: default, neutral, primary, secondary, accent, ghost - Sizes: xs (12px), sm (12px), md (14px), lg (16px) - Rounded corners with appropriate padding per size Import component globally in claper_web.ex.
